Software that captures and processes X-ray images with multi-energy material discrimination. Covers detector calibration, dynamic-range handling, filtering, colour coding of organics, inorganics and metals, plus live visualization. The very same approach also underpins X-ray transmission sorting (XRT) of waste, ore and scrap.

Controllers and control electronics

We design controllers for X-ray systems, with conveyor X-ray scanners as the main focus. That means driving the X-ray generator, the conveyor motor, interlocks and safety sensors. You get the hardware, the embedded firmware and a cross-platform SDK so it slots into your own software.

Where it fits: brand-new builds as well as upgrades to equipment already in service.

Integration of X-ray line-scan detectors

We wire industrial line-scan detectors into your software and project. Our hands-on track record with industrial line-scan detectors runs deep: network-based data acquisition, scan synchronization, on-board and off-board calibration, and support for multi-energy modes.

X-ray material sorting (XRT)

We create the software and algorithms for automated sorting via X-ray transmission: classifying material in real time by density and effective atomic number, and driving the ejection hardware (pneumatic air-jet valves).
